Daisy Martinez is known for her role on Daisy Cooks, a series on PBS. She is also a chef, model, actress and author who lives in Brooklyn, New York. She has also starred in commercials for Ford and AT&T. Pagan is known as one of the top chefs in Puerto Rico. He has three restaurants in San Juan: Chayote, Lemongrass and Laurel. He is the author of two books and has also appeared on the Food Network show "Iron Chef."

Since 1991 the drink has been the official drink for the greates festival of all in the Island, "Las Calles de San Sebastian" celebrated in Old San Juan, and just some years ago the Bar have been making a line of glasses called "Papa Jac Collectable Series". Una de las cosas que le ha dado la Tierra de Gracia al mundo para el deleite del paladar es la guarapita de parchita. La guarapita es una bebida preparada a base de caña clara, parchita -maracuyá- y azúcar, esta bebida es autóctona de las costas venezolanas.
