Isabel Segunda, Vieques Puerto Rico (pretty much the only town) [01:06]
This could be considered the main strip in the town of Vieques Puerto Rico. Not too much there, but there's a few restaurants and shops. Esperanza, the other town is more geared towards tourists. This one has much more to offer IMO. Filmed with a motorola atrix 4g.
