El Yunque rainforest in Puerto Rico - Relaxation Meditation Nature Sounds [01:38]
Nature sounds can be separated in two main groups: first one includes the sounds produced by animals, while the second consists of sounds produced by natural phenomena such as weather and meteorological occurrences. During the history, sounds of nature, especially animal sounds, have been objects of imitation of tribal people (and even of devotion when they have been related to their belief systems). The Coquí's in Puerto Rico [00:31]
The coquí is a tiny frog, in Puerto Rico that is rarely seen but heard all over the island. I heard the coquí's in the outdoor area of the hotel and when walking the streets of Condando. A passenger on the plane to Puerto Rico informed us about this frog and its unique noise it makes in the night time that sounds like ko-kee. You could only hear the coquí in the video. Enjoy.
