  • PROBLEMS....

Always remember to take accountability for your own life. YOu are in charge, good or bad, happy or sad. They are your feelings, you own them, no one else!

You will never, ever fix your problems blaming someone else. Accountability or responsibility deos not imply intent or recklessness; it says only that you did, or allowed to be done, whatever led to the outcome.

    Accountability

acceptance of accountability does not means that a person understands the issues of cause and effect. A person can agree that he did cause something to happen and yet have no clue as to why he did such thing, a serial killer knows he is killing, he knows he is wrong, but, perhaps no cognitive understanding of why he "is" that way, so he can say, I am wrong and not be able to change or understand why he has those impulses. That is why in a crime there has to be a motive, ability, means, these 3 put together gives the reasonable believe that the person had all the razionalization to do the crime. A mentally retarded person perhaps lacked one of the 3 and this breaks the ability of the person to understand the significanse of the effects of his actions. Feelings are volatile and under the subconcious giving the person no control over what it feels and having to rely on the concious to control them.
In being accountable, once you accept accountability for your actions you are in fact saying that you are responsible, an action has to have an intent, unless it was involuntary, you can not accept responsibility for something that you can not account for, for example if I say, here is 50 dollars and I can not account for 25 of those dollars you will not accept accountability and responsibility for the 50, because they are not there, once you accept the responsibility the intent has been establish for you to be accounatble for the money because it is then assume beyond reasonable logic that you did so because all the money was there, a reckless act then has to establish that you had accountability and was responsible but acted negligent.
