Brittany Ashford is a travel writer and adventure enthusiast with a passion for the Caribbean.
After living in Puerto Rico for seven years, she opened a guesthouse in Rincón and welcomed over 400 guests to the island from around the world.
Her favorite areas to explore in Puerto Rico are the mountains around Utuado. When she goes to the beach, she loves to visit the west coast or Vieques.
She is the founder of Studio 1950, a creative agency that helps startups and small businesses get off the ground. She worked as an aerospace journalist and marketing executive before becoming a writer and entrepreneur.
When Brittany isn’t exploring or spending time with her dog, she is studying her Master’s in Aeronautical Science and Meteorology.
She loves flying planes and is working towards becoming a pilot with dreams of aerial tours around the islands.
