Clarent completes sold-out run

Rising urban artist Clarent completed two sold-out concerts at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot under the “No Pasa Nada Hombre” concept. NotiCel reported the first function was on Thursday, Oct. 22, added due to high ticket demand for his debut originally scheduled only for the following night.

The shows featured a countdown, Clarent descending on a platform with a harness, a live band with choir, guitar and drums on some songs, more than 15 dancers, elaborate scenery, lighting, special effects and mobile elements. Primera Hora reported the repertoire included songs from his beginnings and his first album such as “Bienvenida”, “SRT”, “Babayaga”, “Traqueto”, “Úsame”, “Escrito en Piedra”, “Granada”, “Jukiar”, “Casamigo”, “Sport+”, “Reyna”, “BNB”, “Love”, “No Pasa Nada Hombre”, “IA”.

Metro Puerto Rico reported and NotiCel reported guests included Rauw Alejandro, who performed “Forni” with Clarent, and Omar Courtz. Primera Hora and Metro Puerto Rico listed additional guests Farruko, Mora and Yovngchimi on the different nights.

Where the sources differ

All sources agree Ozuna announced one show at the Choliseo after eight years and that tickets go on sale Thursday at 10 a.m. All sources agree Clarent performed two sold-out shows at the same venue with elaborate production. NotiCel states the first show was Thursday Oct. 22 added due to demand and the second this Friday. Primera Hora, Metro and NotiCel list overlapping but not identical guests: all name Rauw Alejandro and Omar Courtz while Primera Hora and Metro add Farruko, Mora and Yovngchimi. NotiCel and Primera Hora quote Clarent thanking the audience and calling the shows special. Only NotiCel provides Clarent’s full name, upbringing and early career details.

What the reports do not say

The sources do not state the exact date of Ozuna’s concert, its ticket prices, or the full capacity of the venue for either artist. They do not report total attendance numbers, revenue generated, or whether Ozuna’s show has already sold out. Future plans for Ozuna beyond this single date and any additional Puerto Rico dates for Clarent are not mentioned.

How we checked this

El Nuevo Día is the only source to report on Ozuna’s announcement and video. NotiCel, Primera Hora and Metro Puerto Rico covered Clarent’s shows with some overlapping and some unique details on guests, set list and production elements. The exact calendar dates for Clarent’s shows beyond NotiCel’s Thursday and Friday reference rest on that single source.
