Separate raid in San Juan
In a different operation El Vocero reported three people were arrested on Thursday during the execution of a search warrant at building 7 of the Jardines de Selles residential complex in San Juan. The arrestees were identified as Raúl Díaz Maguar, 55; Alex David Rivera Ramos, 31; and María Milagros Rosario Rodríguez, 60.
El Vocero reported that agents seized alleged marijuana, cocaine, 62 capsules of crack, 60 decks of heroin and $482 in cash. The operation involved agents from the Intelligence Division of San Juan, the Arrests and Extraditions Unit, the Canine Unit, Technical Services and uniformed officers.
Where the sources differ
Both Metro Puerto Rico and El Vocero reported on police raids that resulted in three arrests each and the seizure of marijuana. Metro Puerto Rico described a Saturday morning operation in a Humacao residence that also involved intervention with a minor while El Vocero detailed a Thursday morning raid in a San Juan residential complex that recovered multiple drugs including cocaine, crack and heroin plus cash. The reports cover entirely separate incidents on different days and locations.
What the reports do not say
The reports do not provide the identities or ages of the three adults arrested in Humacao, the specific quantity or street value of the marijuana seized there, or any charges filed. It is also unclear whether the Humacao operation was connected to the separate San Juan case or if further arrests are expected.
