About
Bacoa Finca + Fogón cooks over a wood fire in a rustic country house outside Juncos; its name joins barbacoa with coa, a farming tool. Founding chefs Raúl Correa, Xavier Pacheco and René Marichal built a creative, sustainable Puerto Rican menu around seasonal local harvests and produce from the restaurant's own farm. Private events are possible.
