Directory listing terms

Effective October 8, 2026. These terms cover free and paid listings in the PuertoRico.com directory, offered by Puerto Rico.com, LLC, 151 Calle de San Francisco, Ste 200 PMB 1659, San Juan, PR 00901.

Tiers and prices

Free listings show Call, Website, and Map, one photo, and a Verified badge after a claim is approved. Featured is $49 a month or $490 a year: top spot in that category, WhatsApp, booking and menu buttons, up to 15 photos, and a bilingual description. Sponsored is $199 a month or $1,990 a year: everything in Featured, a pin on town guide pages (at most 3 per guide), a contact form, a monthly Collab Reel, and a newsletter mention once the newsletter launches. Prices are in US dollars.

Only the verified owner of a claimed listing can buy a paid plan for it. A claim is verified when a person approves it.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (every month or every year, depending on the plan you choose) and are charged to your payment method on file, or invoiced if you chose to pay by invoice, until you cancel. There is no long-term contract.

Payments and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Puerto Rico sales and use tax (IVU), or other sales tax, is added on top of the price where it applies, and the amount is shown before you pay. Invoices are due within 15 days.

Founding offer

The first 100 businesses to activate a paid plan get 50% off for the first 12 months (Featured $24.50 a month or $245 for the first year; Sponsored $99.50 a month or $995 for the first year). The discount is applied automatically at checkout while founding spots remain, is limited to one founding plan per business, and cannot be combined with other offers. After 12 months the plan renews at the regular price ($49 or $490 for Featured, $199 or $1,990 for Sponsored). We will email you at least 30 days before the regular price starts.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Manage billing (the Stripe customer portal) in your owner dashboard, or by writing to us through the contact page. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your paid features stay on until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the listing returns to the free feature set.

Refunds

Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months. Annual plans can be refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days of the initial annual charge or of a renewal charge; after 14 days, annual plans are not refunded. Where the law requires a refund, we will refund. If a payment is charged in error, contact us and we will correct it.

Changing plans

You can switch between Featured and Sponsored, or between monthly and annual, from Manage billing. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Stripe for the rest of the current period.

Content and photos

You certify that you own the rights to the text and photos you submit, or that you have permission to publish them. Do not send copied Google reviews or Google photos. We can refuse, edit, or remove a listing.

Moderation

A claim stays pending until a person approves it. Edits from an owner stay pending and are not published until a person approves them. We can reject a claim, an edit, or a listing. If we remove a paid listing for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of the period.

Changes to these terms

We will email paid subscribers at least 30 days before a change to these terms or prices takes effect.
