About
Casa Vieja is a country bar and kitchen in the Ciales countryside, opened in 2015 by local Blanca Ayala and furnished with antiques to recall a 1970s family home. The favorite is pastel al caldero, a pastel's filling cooked into a thick stew and served in metal cups. Platters of longaniza, morcilla and pernil suit the house drinks.
