Where the sources differ
Both Metro Puerto Rico and Primera Hora agree on the victim's age, the location on PR-486 in Abra Honda, Camuy, the make and color of the motorcycle, the sequence of the vehicle interception causing a fall, the armed robber taking the listed items, the victim's injuries and hospital transport, and the assignment of Agent Manuel Piña Figueroa. The reports are nearly identical in facts and timing; Metro Puerto Rico uses the phrase "despojó de sus pertenencias y del vehículo" while Primera Hora lists the stolen items individually. No substantive conflicts exist.
What the reports do not say
The reports do not provide descriptions of the suspects, the vehicle that intercepted the motorcycle, whether more than one person was involved beyond the gunman, the exact value of the stolen items, the specific hospital where the victim was taken, the nature or severity of his injuries, or any possible motive beyond robbery. Next steps in the investigation and whether surveillance footage exists are also unaddressed.
