The official welcome parade is scheduled for Nov. 11 at Bahía de Aguadilla. Subsequent events include a delegates’ lunch at Vivo Beach Club, a meet-and-greet and Fátima Bosch exhibition at Plaza Las Américas, “Beauty on the Beach” at Hotel Caribe Hilton, “Luz de Esperanza: Universo Rosa” at Aloft Ponce, and activities at Parque Forestal La Marquesa and SER de Puerto Rico in Hato Rey. Focus on Current Titleholder and Philanthropy
Current Miss Universe Fátima Bosch will take part in several activities, including the Nov. 12 encounter with fans at The Miss Universe Experience in Plaza Las Américas, where pieces from her reign will be exhibited. A special farewell event in her honor is set for Nov. 23. El Vocero reported the farewell was described as a tea party at Hotel Marriott from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Philanthropic events include a Nov. 20 activity titled “A Night for Memory. Alzheimer, Autism – A Commitment to the Future” at Hotel Caribe Hilton. Ronald Day, executive director of the Miss Universe Organization, said the goal is for people across the island to participate in the historic celebration while showing Puerto Rico’s attributes to the world. The program was prepared with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company.
Where the sources differ
All three sources agree on the overall dates, the arrival of delegates from Nov. 8, the official start on Nov. 11, the final on Nov. 24, collaboration with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, and the quote from Ronald Day. La Prensa and El Vocero list nearly identical activity calendars, though El Vocero adds the preliminary competition on Nov. 22, the final venue as Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot, and specific details on Fátima Bosch’s farewell tea party at the Marriott. Primera Hora only references the death of a former Miss Universe Puerto Rico and adds no information about the 2026 event schedule.
What the reports do not say
The reports do not specify how many activities will be open to the general public without tickets, exact start times for most events, ticket prices or availability beyond mentioning Ticketera.com for competition nights, or the precise number of countries sending delegates. They also do not detail security, transportation or accommodation plans for the expected large number of visitors.

How we checked this
La Prensa and El Vocero provided the detailed calendar and statements from Ronald Day. El Vocero alone reported the preliminary competition date, the specific farewell venue for Fátima Bosch, and the Coliseo venue for the finals. Primera Hora was not used because its content concerns a past tragedy and is unrelated to the current schedule.
