About
Castillo Labadie, or Palacete Los Moreau, is a château-style manor on a former French-run coffee and sugar hacienda in Moca, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Enrique Laguerre based his novel La Llamarada partly on its family and is buried on the grounds. The town-run grounds are free; the house stays closed after storm damage.
