Firehouse is a small, queer-owned guesthouse for adults in a quiet gated street in Ocean Park, San Juan, about a three-minute walk from the beach. It is the calmer sister property of Coqui del Mar, run by the same owners. Rooms are private studios with their own bathroom, air conditioning, a fridge and WiFi, and one is fully wheelchair accessible. Guests share a clothing-optional pool area in the back patio, an outdoor kitchen, a 24-hour gym and free bikes. The house runs on solar power with battery backup and keeps a water cistern. There is no daily housekeeping, no TV and no breakfast, and parking is outside the gates.
