Hacienda Chocolat is a woman-owned, family-run cacao farm in Barrio Naranjo, Fajardo, planting since 2014 and offering reserved cacao walking tours (no walk-ins; book 2–3 months ahead). Ancestral, their factory and tasting room in Barrio Carola, Río Grande, welcomes walk-ins Wed–Thu 11 a.m.–6 p.m. and Fri–Sat 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Neither site is a full restaurant; tours include a snack and Ancestral serves tapas or pastries with chocolate drinks.
